Visit http://www.sunnybrook.ca/patients/directions/hoac for detailed directions. This meeting will be held at the Holland Orthopedic & Arthritic Centre of Sunnybrook HSC (43 Wellesley Street E, just off of Yonge St.) on the 8th floor in the conference room.

There is a public parking lot on Wellesley Street, east of Yonge Street.
In addition, underground parking is available just south of Wellesley, west of Church Street, near Café California in the laneway.
